The art for this vivid, ethereal deck was created using a text-to-image AI art application.
Single words were provided, and the artificial intelligence interface was asked for “painting” style pictures to be generated.
The result is a divination deck created by the mind of an algorithm — the dream associations of an artificial intelligence.
The process raises many questions about the nature of machine learning, how we understand and interpret symbols and language, and the implications of AI design in relation to human evolution. For those interested in these and other questions around technology, art, and human evolution, this deck is one way to extend your intellectual exploration.
There is a 27-page comprehensive PDF guidebook available for download. The card descriptions are written from the point of view of an AI entity, journaling about what they have learned about each concept from interacting with and learning from humans.
