Oracle Card Deck Bundle - Weird Science Deck PLUS Foraged Oracle = 98 Unique Cards
This is a combined listing for the Weird Science Deck of Curious Cards and the Foraged Oracle bundled together!
These two collage-style decks are both created with found text and images. One is a standard tarot size and one is a mini square deck.
The Foraged Oracle This is a completely unique oracle card deck I created using my favorite technique of analog collage. I had cut and tore old recycled magazines and books to create the background images, then added found text from books like old nature encyclopedias. The result is a cut-up poetry message that is uniquely suited for a wide variety of uses.
Because the images and text are all scavenged and found in recycled materials, and because I use nature images on each card, I named this deck The Foraged Oracle. The colorful cards have images from nature, primarily birds, reptiles, and seashells as well as various colorful textures and found images.
By playing with different images and found words, the meaning of each card is open to interpretation depending on the context in which is is used.
There are 50 completely different and unusual designs in the deck. It can be used to compliment your tarot readings, as a stand-alone oracle reading deck, or as creative inspiration for poets, writers, teachers, artists, and pretty much any other creative person looking for a spark or jumping-off point to inspire their own work.

The 50 cards are a standard tarot size 2.75"X4.75" and are printed on (S30) Standard Smooth card stock with a slightly matte finish.
The cards come with a black cloth bag for protecting and storing your deck.

This esoteric deck is meant to inspire mystery, intrigue, imagination and whimsy. As a poet myself, I am always looking for juxtapositions that inspire creativity and allow us to see things differently. I had writers in mind when I created this deck, thinking that it may inspire everything from chapbooks to character development.
